Darlene is the Receptionist at Explore Property Munro & Co and is often affectionately referred to as the Director of First Impressions. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, she plays an integral role in ensuring every interaction with our agency is welcoming, professional and efficient.

Darlene provides exceptional support to owners, tenants, tradespeople and visitors by managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries, while ensuring the front office operates seamlessly. Her friendly nature, attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service help create a positive experience for every client from their very first interaction.

Before joining Explore Property Munro & Co, Darlene built an impressive career spanning more than 20 years in hospitality management. During this time, she successfully led teams, fostered strong client relationships, coordinated with suppliers and mentored staff and students. Her extensive experience in customer service, organisation and relationship management has equipped her with the skills to thrive in the fast-paced real estate environment.
